What Personal Information Is Gathered by Foodify
“Personal Information” is information that would allow someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your full name, address, telephone number, or email address. Personal Information does not include aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons (like statistics about how many persons visited the Foodify web site during the last month or how many visitors are male or female).
You explicitly provide certain Personal Information to Foodify when you sign up to become a Foodify user and place orders through our web site. Foodify requires only the pieces of Personal Information that will allow us to service your orders. Information that is required during the signup and ordering process is clearly identified on our web site. Because we use the password you provide to protect unauthorized parties from accessing any Personal Information stored on our servers, we highly recommend that you do not share your password with other people.

Cookies make using Foodify web site quicker and more convenient. First, cookies allow us to identify you without you having to constantly re-enter your sign-in information. Second, cookies can help us to tailor our services to better match your needs and interests. You must have cookies enabled on your browser to place an order via Foodify web site.
Sharing Personal Information You Provide
Foodify must provide certain Personal Information such as your address for receiving deliveries, contact information, and the specifics of the meals you have ordered to third party food providers that have contracted with Foodify to offer their services via our web site. However, Foodify will disclose only the Personal Information that is required for the purpose of successfully creating and delivering a specific order placed by the customer. Foodify does not provide credit card or payment information to food providers. All payment processing is completed by Foodify through our contracted credit card processor.
Foodify may provide transaction information in aggregate form to third parties. Information in aggregate form is pooled from many records and stripped of personal data that may be used to identify an individual. Foodify reserves the right to perform statistical analyses and profiling of web site users in the aggregate in order to measure interest in and to support ongoing improvements and enhancements to the our service.
We share Personal Information, in certain circumstances, with our employees and contractors in order to perform our services; to maintain, enhance, or add to the functionality available to our users; and to provide new meals or services to our users.
Use of Foodify by Children
Foodify does not provide products or services for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Foodify services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Please note that if you provide any information directly or indirectly to parties who provide services to Foodify or any other sites you encounter on the Internet (even if these sites are branded with our branding), different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the Personal Information and other information that you disclose to them. Although your privacy is very important to us, due to legal rules beyond our control, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other information will not be disclosed to third parties. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. How You Access Your Personal Information
Do not share your IDs or passwords with anyone. Choose passwords that are difficult for others to guess and use a different password for each of your online accounts. Use both letters and numbers and a combination of lowercase and capital letters. Change your password often. If you think you may have provided personal or account information in response to a fraudulent Email or Web site, report the fraud immediately, change your passwords and monitor your account activity frequently.

We use our best efforts to reasonably and adequately to safeguard your privacy when transacting business with Foodify.
We have implemented industry-standard technology and adopted procedures to restrict access to your Personal Information. We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information as it is passed between your computer and the Foodify web site, our database servers are placed behind firewalls on a network isolated from the Internet.
Additionally we limit employee access to Personal Information to only those who need the information to perform specific tasks, and the grant access only to the information that is necessary to perform those tasks. Finally, we reveal only the last four digits when displaying your credit card numbers on the web site or in our back office tools used by customer service department. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, but this is done through and SSL connection and as a completely automated back office process. Our internal team periodically reviews our security procedures and policy. “Perfect security,” however, does not exist on the Internet.
For performance reasons, only pages containing sensitive, confidential information - such as payment information - are encrypted for transmission. You can determine if information on any page is encrypted for transmission when the URL in the address field of your browser begins with "https:" or when the padlock image at the bottom of your browser is "closed". Secure transactions for our website are done via www.foodify.com using a GeoTrust SSL certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information.
You may ‘opt-out’ of having your Personal Information used for purposes not directly related to your use of the Site such as promotional emails or direct mail.
